2009-03-31 Mashup of Eclipse and OpenOffice.org

Mashups are better known in the Webdev World, but thanks to Free Software you can even encouter them on the Desktop. Some days ago I realized that Eclipse can not only be used to develop PHP-Webapplications, Java Progs and other Programming stuff. You can do text-editing, presentations and spreadsheets as well.

IBM did mix Eclipse with some stuff from OpenOffice.org and created an Office Suite. It’s called Lotus Symphony and is available for Linux, Mac OSX and MS Windows.

(In case you need to convert LWP files, good news: can be done by it with ease.)

2009-03-05 justspray

in the look-back for feb: there was a (very) little semantical redesign again for fastline hh to quench out a bit more of the markup for the justspray in-store concept at waldmeister hamburg/germany.
