Entities of the commercial space are taking over public space and common goods in the bourgeoise society not by using armed forces but by incorporating the law (even that can be a common good). Long time there was no foodie of the month. This week I had the great opportunity to receive a collection of yogurts and stuff from rachel’s. What to say? They still aren’t available everywhere across Europe, but, well, if you find some in store and you like some for afters, give it a try.
My current favorite is the divine rice which totally fills you up gladly. Later on in the cusine I’ll cook-up something with the Luxury Crème Fraiche.
