Since one of the later windows updates, synergy server is freezed after the system comes back from hybernation. This little command sequence removes the freezed process from memory and restarts the server. This is for synergy installed as service:
taskkill /f /im synergys.exe net start "synergy server"
It does connect to Synergy Clients then, even thought they were hybernated as well. Sometimes you need to force reconnect one or two times via the menu on the tray icon.
